Whatz Up! - Dumb criminal, that’s what

What does a criminal do when he is suspicious about someone checking out license plates in the neighborhood? Of course you say “What’s up.” But what if you say this several times and the only response you get is “what’s up” back? Of course you go home. Then of course you come back out with a .38 caliber handgun. Not a good idea, especially when you are in possession of crack and the person checking out cars is an undercover officer. “Whatzup? Your busted, that’s what.”
