Alito Sides with Liberals on First Day

Blowhard Kennedy nearly stroked out on the Senate floor like chicken little calling for the end of the world as liberals know it. Michelle Malkin wonders what Kennedy would say now after Alito wastes no time showing just how un-conservative he can actually be.

The ’split’ from the right came over a case where an inmate is saying that lethal injection is cruel and unusual. Cruel and unusual punishment? You get a shot and you go to sleep and never wake up!

People are rushing to save this man from being killed. Where were these idiots rushing to when he took a girl waiting for the bus, raped and then murdered her?

In 1989, Ann Harrison was kidnapped while she waited for the school bus. Her body was found several days later in the trunk of a stolen car, where she was left after being stabbed to death.

Taylor and a friend confessed to the crime and now is the time to die. If he really doesn’t want an injection give him the choice of hanging or by a bullet. Freedom of choice! But living at tax payer’s expense for his stupidity is not on the table nor should it be.

    No Cause for Alito Worry

    This vote says absolutely nothing about how Justice Alito will vote as his service continues. This is a specific case, with three specific appeals of the same death sentence. Justice Alito voted properly when you consider all of the legal proceedings…
